BRENNTAG SIGNS AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE PLASTICHEM (PTY) LTD IN SOUTH AFRICA

This correspondence serves to confirm that Plastichem is to be acquired by Brenntag following the signing of a sales purchase agreement on the 9th December 2015.
Many of the worlds largest chemical Suppliers represented by Plastichem are today already working closely with Brenntag in other regions in the world.
Plastichem’s customers can expect a seamless transition with no change in the present management of the company.
